Review:
I've heard a lot Fruitvale Station, and he has received an incredible experience. And, while I think a very strong film, I do not think even a really good. The big event happens in the third act, and there's nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with that if two effective action to build, but I do not think they really do. Acting is not a problem, it just never goes beyond being just a pretty piece of solid character writing. And third acts, while effective, is still kind of disappointing. I've heard a lot about making everyone cry and tears flow down like rivers down her cheeks all ... I just do not get it. I would appreciate that the film is not overly-sentimental, and the credit goes to him for not going rrugëne easy. Finally, I just want the script is interesting. Octavia Spencer is the clear stand on this, and frankly I like it here more than support. I have no problem with getting Oscar attention, he makes his role.
