And no film ever came close to the sheer cleverness Tarantinos masterpiece._Trainspotting_, however, somehow managed to take the excess from the mid-90s and have a lot of, a lot of cinematic cliches that could have easily been . Fortunately, _Trainspotting_ much smarter to edginess and shock.In _Trainspotting_ To fully appreciate, the viewer will have to abandon preconceived ideas about what defines a really great film, because this film challenge convention at nearly every turn.
