Every great gangster film is the currents of human drama. Dont expect the emotional story of guilt, revenge and despair of Scarface. This is the story of ferocious greed, corruption and power. The darker side of fairy tales Dream.Anybody Americans complain about the cheesiness of the film is missing the point. Surface characteristics, cheese music and more fuel-date way of life is over vicious criticism. Nothing in the life of this character is very important, not every human at least. This movie actually even border satirical, ironic account all positive gangsta rapper inspired by the lifestyle of Tony Montana.This no director Brian DePalmas strongest efforts, sometimes a very good process (especially impressive final), but often sink into careless and misled. Fortunately, it is supported by very strong scenario Oliver Stone's (therapy might be good for him for what he was doing coke habit at the time). Permanent themes, focusing especially on the life of Tony Montana, and the development of his character, because he was consumed by greed and power. The dialogue is also very good, convenient see-sawing between humor and drama. There are many impressive line then wormed their way into popular culture in one form or another.The voices helped make it what it is too, but this film really Pacinos. One of the less fine performances before (something that is much more common than it is now), this is quite a world of Michael Corleone and Frank Serpico. But it is so nice to see here, as usual, in a very entertaining (and deliberately over-the-top) form. It's hard to imagine another Tony Montana, after seeing this movie in probably one of the most imitated performances ever. Pfeiffer stands out as boring and uncomfortable at first viewing, but Ive realized how he plays the role of women a little boring. Not a great effort, but a judge unfairly. The supporting cast is also very good, especially Paul Shenar as good Alejandro Sosa.Powerful, sometimes funny, sometimes shocking, and is still controversial. Scarface is one of the films of the eighties (whatever that means to you). A gangster movie is important and can be accessed and pop culture landmark. 9.10
